You are invited to take a part in a research study conducted by Mr. Aakash Mahajan as a part of his MSc in Global Hospitality Management at Edinburgh Napier University. The purpose of this research is to examine how technological advancements influence hospitality operations, particularly in relation to operational efficiency, staff performance, and guest satisfaction. Participation is voluntary and all responses will remain anonymous, and the data collected will be used solely for academic research purposes.
