Terms and consent
The purpose behind this research is to find out more about young people’s views to gambling in gaming i.e loot boxes. This research is being carried out by an undergraduate 4th year student at Edinburgh Napier University for their Honours project. Your participation in this survey is voluntary. You have the right to leave this study at any time. The questions will be aimed towards your experience with loot boxes in gaming and your views towards how it affects you and your friends. The data gathered in this survey will be stored securely in a password protected electronic format. There will be no personal information gathered which can identify you directly, this includes name and IP address. The data gathered by your participation will only be used for purposed of the Honours project and deleted after.
