Help us celebrate LGBT+ inclusion across Team Napier! For the last 5 years, Team Napier has shown our commitment to LGBT+ inclusion by proudly wearing our #RainbowLaces, as part of the national campaign organised by Stonewall UK. Although this year will be slightly different, as we’re unable to get together and wear our laces in person, we still want to make sure we celebrate on our amazing LGBT+ communities. So this year, we want to share your stories of inclusion. We want to hear about the amazing people who make Team Napier an inclusive and empowering part of your student experience. We want to hear about your inclusion journeys and how being part of an open and accepting community has help you grow and develop. We want to hear about the fantastic work you have done to make Team Napier a place for everyone, and not just in our sports clubs but in our student societies as well. We’ll be sharing your stories on our social media in the run up to Rainbow Laces Day on Wednesday 9th December, so you can share your story anonymously, or if you’d prefer you can add your details and even upload a photo to go with your story! #OneTeam |
