Thank you for your interest in joining the programme; a year long commitment to monthly half day action learning sets and mentor meetings, with the aim of supporting the programme participants to embed continuous improvement in their work.

We ask all applicants to complete this form. We will use the information provided to assess suitability for the programme based on the information in our brochure 2018-19. Deadline for applicants is 11 July 2018.

As part of the Continuous Improvement Programme, participants are expected to commit to approximately 6 working hours a month in order to successfully complete the programme.

It is a requirement that every applicant has discussed this with their line manager, and that their manager supports the application.

If successful through the application process, participants and their managers will be invited to the annual Celebration event, where the participants in the closing programme present their learning and provides an opportunity to network with past and present CIPs.

It is recommended that taking part in the programme is recorded as part of your My Contribution.
