If you would like to sell tickets at a different price for members and non-members, or have early bird tickets and regular tickets, for example, you can enter separate information into the different 'Ticket Type' rows. If there is just one type of ticket for everyone, you only need to fill in the top row.
Please note, we do not provide physical tickets, but an admin for your Club or Society can access event guest lists from the website. All ticket purchasers will be able to access a receipt of their purchase from their account. If you would like physical tickets for your event, please email teamnapier@napierstudents.com or pop into the ENSA office in B34 Merchiston to chat about this.
The Sales Limit that you entered above will prevent the website from overselling tickets. This means that if you have a venue capacity of 100, and put 100 members tickets on sale, and 100 non-member tickets on sale, it is impossible to sell 200 tickets as the Sales Limit has been set to 100. If you wanted no more than half of your audience to be non-members, you could set the maximum non-member ticket allowance to 50, and so on.
